During this time of enormous change and uncertainty, the safety of our guests and staff remains our highest priority, and we are taking every step to ensure your health and your comfort during your visit to the Northern Hotel.

We are adhering to CDC social distancing guidelines at check in and in all public areas. We are also frequently cleaning our public areas and all touch points with a high grade disinfectant.

As guests check out, rooms are thoroughly disinfected and cleaned and then left empty for three days. Cleaning crews wear gloves and put on a new pair before cleaning each room, which includes disinfecting all surfaces and high-touch points.

Bernie’s Diner and TEN are now open for dining in and are observing capacity and social distancing guidelines. Room service and take out continue to be available. And, our hotel staff is on site to make sure your stay is comfortable and safe.

We’ve faced our fair share of challenges over our 118-year history in downtown Billings, including the 1918 influenza pandemic. And, we remain committed to serving as a safe, comfortable and reassuring place for our guests and our staff as we face this challenge together.
