    Stayed at the Northern in Room 801. Even with a pretty big conference in town, they were very accommodating. We ended up needing an extra night, and the concierge went the extra mile to get us in the same room, so we didn’t need to pack up everything. It was a pretty comfortable size for two, with a desk, a small couch, a coffee table, a bathroom, and a king-size bed. If we were working remotely, we could make the space functional.

    We had an event at the Northern and chose to stay at the Hotel afterward. The event was amazing, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The room was clean, quiet, and we had a great view of downtown. Entering the Northern always makes me feel like going back to a simpler time when people cared for one another and took a personal interest in providing over-the-top service.

    A great hotel when visiting Billings. Centrally located with valet parking at no extra cost (unlike many hotels). Staff who are warm and friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. A bonus is the in-hotel diner, which offers a great breakfast. A really pleasant experience.

    Just an incredible experience from the staff to the room. A doorman on site 24/7 and free airport transport are just some of the perks. Older hotel but the rooms are completely updated and modern with an incredible bed. It has to be the best hotel in Billings, hands down.
